We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Paint Line Associate to join our team! This entry-level role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products while working in a safe, supportive environment that values teamwork, skill development, and internal growth.

What You’ll Do
As a 2nd Shift Paint Line Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Carefully loading unfinished materials or parts onto the paint line

Performing powder coating on materials or parts according to specifications

Unloading finished materials or parts and properly packaging them for shipment

Following directions from supervisors or leads on job-specific tasks

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience is helpful but not required — training is provided
