Southeast Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse-Psychiatry Service Team Lead in the Fargo, ND area.
Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.
As the Psychiatry Service Team Lead, you will provide leadership and oversight to the psychiatry unit at the local Behavioral Health Clinic. In partnership with other team lead and the Center's Director of Nursing, you will ensure adherence to quality-of-care practices and policies and procedures. You will assist with hiring, training, and providing regular supervision to staff members of the unit. You will collaborate with behavioral health teams and community partners to ensure needs of the individual and agency are met.
To thrive in this position, you will need to be familiar with state regulations and on-site pharmacy expectations. Previous supervisory experience is helpful, as is experience teaching individuals how to independently manage their medication and healthcare.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for the Psychiatry Service Team Lead position, you are required to have a licensure as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing and at least 2 years of behavioral health nursing experience. An active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of North Dakota is preferred. ?If not an active Pharmacy Technician upon hire, Pharmacy Technician certification and licensure must be obtained within 2 years of hire for continued employment. Preference will be given to applicants with lead work or supervisory experience.
This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
