As a Recruiting Consultant I, you will employ strategic sourcing methods to build a robust talent pipeline for our channel partner network, addressing both current and future hiring needs. This role is essential in attracting top talent across various positions, managing relationships with hiring managers (external channel partners), and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will act as a trusted business advisor by actively engaging with the talent market and delivering valuable market insights to support future marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of business objectives and develop sourcing strategies to generate a talent pipeline for our channel partners that accelerates installations.

Create thoughtful, comprehensive, and role-specific search plans that apply best recruiting practices and promote diversity within candidate pools.

Manage the entire recruitment process (up to offer stage) for designated regions, cultivate relationships with external partners and hiring managers (channel partners), and provide consultative support to hiring managers and key stakeholders.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by building connections with potential candidates through effective networking via email, phone, social media, and online recruiting platforms.

Leverage Phenom CRM to execute email and text campaigns that maintain a steady flow of candidates.

Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications against position requirements. Effectively engage and close candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure successful hires.

Introduce innovative and unconventional approaches to sourcing talent for our channel partners.

Contribute to meeting monthly offer goals.

Keep detailed and organized records of all candidates, searches, and recruitment activities within internal systems to enable accurate reporting and analytics.

Engage passive candidates by presenting a compelling narrative grounded in your understanding of the business.

Continuously monitor the talent market to provide timely recommendations and perform A/B testing to validate necessary adjustments.

Demonstrate a consistent history of utilizing talent intelligence tools to inform and enhance recruiting strategies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Relevant professional experience in areas such as human resources, recruitment, sales, marketing, or general business operations.

Experience in researching, identifying, and developing high-quality talent pipelines.

Physical Demands: This role regularly requires verbal communication and hearing, as well as manual dexterity to operate controls or objects. The employee frequently stands and walks. Occasionally, bending, stooping, or reaching above shoulder level may be necessary. The position may require lifting between 25 and 50 pounds. The job involves frequent computer use, requiring prolonged sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel is expected.
