Oversee daily pharmacy workflow and ensure efficient operations

Supervise and direct pharmacy technicians

Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure appropriate medication dispensing

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Support patient care through excellent customer service

Manage inventory and ensure proper medication stock levels

Oversee preparation of compounded medications and intravenous admixtures

Communicate effectively across shifts and follow up on operational issues

Recommend alternative therapies when medications are not covered

Active Pharmacist License in the state of Michigan

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced, highvolume setting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in pharmacy systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)
