Dan Deery Motors is seeking a service advisor with excellent customer service skills. The main tasks include assisting customers with their vehicle needs/concerns and discussing any other recommended work for vehicle satisfaction and safety. Communication and follow up with customers are extremely important skills that will be needed for this position. Pay is a combination of salary and commission. Currently, our average advisor makes between $65,000-85,000/annually.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner, at their vehicle.
- Keep in contact with customers as required.
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs.
- Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
- Answer phones and set appointments as needed.
- Maintain high CSI scores.
- Provide estimates of labor & parts.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
