Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylic nails, and nail extensions with precision and artistry
- Apply advanced techniques including nail art, color blending, and design customization to meet client preferences
- Ensure strict adherence to salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide personalized care
- Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future visits
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion or laser therapy, and industry best practices
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a focus on nails and skincare treatments
- Strong knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and application methods including gel manicures, acrylics, and extensions
- Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their aesthetic goals
- Ability to perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling or hair extensions is a plus
- Experience with retail sales strategies like upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required where applicable

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
