We are looking for a full time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Body Shop team.
The Body Shop Estimator is a customer service representative at the dealership.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Prepare Estimates for Insurance companies and potential customers
- Assist customers with the repair process from the initial estimate to the final delivery.
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day. Maintain contact with the customer regarding status.
- On completion of work, deliver the vehicle to the customer and close out the repair order in the dealership management system.
The successful Body Shop Estimator will have:
- Prior customer service experience.
- Knowledge of insurance claims
- Ability to effectively communicate with others verbal and written
- Working estimating knowledge, including systems
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. background checks and have a clean driving record.
