Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
- Improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist License (REQUIRED)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for helping patients regain independence
Preferred (Not Required)
- Manual therapy experience
- Dry needling certification
- Home health or outpatient experience
