About the Role
Ideoli Group Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to drive efficiency in our distribution center. In this role, you will use your precision operating skills to manage inventory turnover, accurately stage time-sensitive freight, and keep our logistics pipeline moving smoothly.
As an integral member of our team you are responsible for the effective management and running of distribution/warehouse operations, including inventory, receiving, purchase order tracking and system entry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in strict quality control, maintains absolute safety, and thrives on meeting demanding daily targets.
Core Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Receive and coordinate new project orders.
- Support project managers, tracking and coordination across various sales stages.
- Work closely with the procurement teams to facilitate delivery schedules.
Inventory Management
- Regularly review inventory levels to identify missing, low or delayed items.
- Move, stack, and stage inventory safely using specialized forklift equipment.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping processes to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems.
- Perform heavy lifting of goods and materials as required.
- Support warehouse distribution activities, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods.
- Handle import coordination, including required documentation and communication with freight partners.
- Manage palletizing, packing, labeling and boxing of goods for shipment.
- Book and coordinate freight for incoming and outgoing shipment.
- Facilitate outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse at all times, including daily housekeeping, sweeping, organizing inventory, removing debris, and ensuring all aisles and work areas remain clean and hazard-free.
- Take ownership of warehouse cleanliness by completing daily opening, throughout the day and end of day cleaning responsibilities.
Communication
- Communicate with accountants and the warehouse to prepare and collect paperwork required for imports and shipping (delivery notes, inventory updates, etc.).
- Assist with client communication as needed to support timelines and delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Maintain organized documentation and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and ready to support across departments.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience or strong interest in procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations, and project coordination.
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable in learning new software and adapting to evolving workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and who is comfortable owning tasks from start to finish.
- Mandatory Certification: Must possess a valid, state-compliant Forklift Operator License.
- Forklift Experience: Proven experience safely operating a standard forklift.
- Warehouse Competency: Minimum 1-2 years of experience performing general warehouse duties, including order picking, packing, and sorting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to accurately read, match, and verify SKU numbers, labels, and shipping manifests.
- Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of workplace health and safety standards, warehouse safety, and defensive driving.
- Dependability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and commitment to scheduled shifts.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
