This is where you'll play a vital role in providing efficient waste removal solutions while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This energetic position combines outside sales, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and reliable Waste Management services. You'll operate as a crucial role in this position, giving yourself the income you strive to earn. Work is Monday through Friday with Saturdays available (Optional). Responsibilities
- Perform professional sales leadership with major bonuses on every landed sale!
- Professional attitude with great energy
- Engage with customers professionally to assess their needs, explain services, and promote additional solutions
- Assist with route planning to optimize efficiency and ensure timely pickups and schedules.
- Knowledge of solid waste management practices, municipal waste regulations, and hazardous materials regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience in outdoor work environments (Door to Door) (B2B) Residential and commercial

Pay: $46,000.00 - $65,500.00 per year
