As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you will meet directly with customers, educate them on the benefits of fiber-optic technology, and guide them through the enrollment process. You'll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while driving sales growth for our clients.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Agent
- Engage with prospective customers to discuss their internet needs and recommend the most appropriate Quantum Fiber services.
- Educate customers on the advantages of fiber-optic internet, including faster speeds, improved reliability, and enhanced connectivity for streaming, gaming, and remote work.
- Build trust through professional customer interactions and personalized sales presentations.
- Verify service availability and coordinate installation appointments for new customers.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support when needed.
- Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and sales initiatives.
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Agent
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and building professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $53,062.76 - $63,903.54 per year
