Overview
We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our property safe and operating at its best. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
- Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues.
- Complete painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry projects.
- Maintain hotel grounds, parking lot, and exterior appearance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Work closely with housekeeping and front desk to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Dormakaba and hotel lock mechanisms
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding guest service.
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
