Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct Initial assessments, reassessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $85 - $95/hour
Part-Time: Flexible caseloads 1-5+ Clients based on the need and your availability
Shifts: Choose the number of clients that works for you, with opportunities to grow your caseload over time.
Location: Utah
Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Candidates must hold an active Utah LBA license. We handle the credentialing and onboarding process so you can start serving clients as quickly as possible.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
