Súp Noodle Bar Irvine is looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team. This role helps create a welcoming dining experience by providing excellent guest service, supporting food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Greet guests warmly and provide a positive dining experience.

Inform guests of menu items, specials, promotions, and recommendations.

Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services.

Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.

Assist with seating, guest flow, wait times, and takeout orders.

Support expo by organizing tickets and coordinating with the kitchen.

Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables and service areas.

Process payments and operate the POS system when needed.

Assist servers, bussers, and other team members during service.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.

Perform side work and additional tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty.

Food Handler Card required (training provided if needed)

RBS certification required, if applicable.

6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and ability to handle payments.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
