What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach and develop inside and outside sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Provide ride-along coaching, training and real-time performance feedback
- Foster accountability through clear expectations, metrics and performance management
- Adapt leadership approach to motivate team members at all experience levels
Field Engagement & B2B Sales Execution
- Spend ~50% of your time in the field partnering with sales reps across Michigan
- Support key accounts, complex deals and strategic customer relationships
- Strengthen customer engagement and drive retention and growth
- Monitor territory performance, pipeline activity and conversion metrics
Strategy & Performance Management
- Translate sales strategy into daily team execution and territory management
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline
- Improve sales processes to increase efficiency and win rates
- Manage commission plans and monitor performance outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations and safety teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered effectively
- Collaborate on onboarding, issue resolution, and customer experience
- Support acquisition integration and expansion into new territories

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth
- 3+ years of sales leadership or team management experience preferred
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within Michigan
Work Schedule
- Typical hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (flexibility required)
- Field-based role with regular travel across Michigan
