We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team member who is social with customers and can support all aspects of retail operations in the gas station and convenience store business.
Responsibilities

- Greet every customer who walks into the store with a smile
- Willing to answer questions, provide information regarding promotions, and upsell new products
- Give valuable feedback to management from customer conversations
- Easily able to understand how to use the cash register and process cash and card transactions, including lotto/lottery
- Maintain a very clean store during your shift (bathrooms, floors, coolers, etc)
- Clean pumps, refill windshield wiper fluid, and maintain clean fueling area
- Have a proactive approach to handle any problems customers may face inside the store and outside at the pump
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain professional communication with upper level management

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
