Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscape and irrigation crews. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can effectively manage projects from start to finish while maintaining a safe and productive job site.
We are also willing to hire an established crew that already works well together.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape and irrigation crews.
- Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Install and maintain landscaping, irrigation systems, sod, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features.
- Read and interpret landscape plans and irrigation layouts.
- Operate and oversee the use of landscape equipment and tools.
- Train crew members and enforce company safety standards.
- Communicate with management regarding project progress, material needs, and scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience leading landscape and irrigation crews.
- Previous foreman or crew leader experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation and irrigation systems.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a crew.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded.
