DiAnoia's Eatery, located in the Strip District, is looking for a full time pastry assistant . We are a family owned and operated Italian eatery in the Strip District with a full-service restaurant and we fulfill wholesale and catering orders. Over the last few years, we have expanded.
Hourly pay will be determined on experience. We are looking for dedicated hard workers with an upbeat personality and a willingness to learn. Schooling is not required but encouraged. We are seeking a talented pastry chef to work Tuesday - Saturday, 5 am - 1 pm who is willing to learn and growth with the company. If you think you are a right fit for the job, please apply!
Daily tasks include a wide range of:
-Prepping fruit and recipes
-Making fillings from scratch
-Making batters
-Making icings and frosting
-Assisting with creating new recipes
-Putting away orders
-Keeping an inventory of ingredients needed for production
Employee must be able to lift 50 pounds and would report to Sous and Executive Pasty chef.
After 60 days of employment, full-time employees are eligible for Health care benefits including vision & dental.
