American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical night shift position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Cerner EMR proficiency.

Medical/Surgical unit (floor unit) in a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Alternating weekend requirement

Patient ratio of 6:1

Cerner EMR used
-
Active MS or Compact RN license required

Current BLS certification required; no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date

Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required

Cerner EMR experience required

Valid driver's license required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
-
8-week contract

Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position

RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
