DATA Program Manager CCPA Consumer Privacy Request and Fulfillment Consumer Privacy Data Privacy
Torrance,California Onsite 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
Plan manage and execute tactical activities for consumer privacyrelated projects This requires strong leadership and project management expertise the ability to meet regulatory deadlines and consistent delivery of daily and weekly progress updates The role involves close collaboration with data privacy business partners the legal department and multiple IT technical teams A proven track record in managing teams timelines and remediation activities is essential
This position is part of the Global Services and Data Platform GSDPF Division The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing all phases of a project lifecycle including scope definition POCPOT efforts design construction and go live Experience managing project budgets for both labor and outsourced services is required The candidate ensures that consumer privacy projects are delivered on time and aligned with approved business and legal objectives data governance standards and Honda quality expectations
The role requires excellent communication skills and accountability as the central coordination point between business stakeholders product owners technical teams and leadership Responsibilities include facilitating project meetings status reviews and decision forums while ensuring clear and consistent communication of progress risks dependencies and impacts
A strong emphasis is placed on early detection of deviations from the agreed upon project plan with the expectation to document escalate and drive issues to closure
The candidate must be able to manage project budgets forecasts and resource allocations to ensure alignment with approved funding and staffing plans This includes supporting financial reporting cost monitoring and resource planning activities in partnership with leadership and finance teams
Maintaining accurate and complete project documentation in accordance with organizational audit and compliance standards is required

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
