American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit

Night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

3x12-hour shifts per week, with an option for 4x12-hour shifts

13-week contract

Active OH RN license or compact state RN license currently in hand

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required

Two professional references required for consideration

Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required

Holiday coverage required — travelers must work at least every other holiday

Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months across any facility locations within this health system; a minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment within the same health system
