Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team! As a small, family-owned business, we believe the key to success is providing the best customer service possible. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail orientated person with great customer service skills and mindset to join our team. In this role, you will be the first contact that a customer has when calling or visiting our office. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a friendly personality.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting customers on the phone, via email and in person. This includes assisting in scheduling services and fuel deliveries, reviewing account balances, taking payments, and answering customer questions regarding their account.
· Managing customer accounts; some of which may be complicated or unique to ensure payment is received. This may include research, validating data, and working with departments in the company to ensure accuracy of accounts.
· Communicating efficiently and working closely with various departments and management.
· General office duties such as scanning/filing paperwork and using a digital suite of software tools including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8:30- 5:00 pm with mandatory overtime in the winter until 6:00 pm when required. Saturday hours 8:00 - 12:00 pm & Sunday shifts 8:00 - 12:00 pm needed during our busy winter season.
