Marano's Trattoria is looking for a Food Runner/Dishwasher to join our team in Peabody, MA.
As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for assisting the chef with the preparation of meals. You will be a vital part in ensuring the line has what's needed for a successful dinner service. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety procedures.
Schedule:
- Tuesday-Sunday
- 4pm - 8:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Accurately execute food order entry for all orders for service at Marano's Trattoria; food preparation and service will be performed in the order received from the line.
- Responsible for ensuring all cookware has been properly washed and sanitized according to company standards
