Join a Veterinary Team That Goes Beyond the Basics
Let’s be honest, most job ads promise the same things: competitive pay, a positive work environment, and benefits. We believe that’s the bare minimum in veterinary medicine. Our mission and values set the bar higher and we deliver on it.
We’re a locally owned clinic, led by a single owner who was born and raised in New Mexico and works on the clinic floor every day. We are not corporate-owned, and it shows. The majority of our profits are reinvested directly into our hospital, upgrading equipment, supporting continuing education, and offering meaningful benefits that help us attract and retain exceptional veterinarians, technicians, and customer service professionals.

- Maintain professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Support outbound calling efforts for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or promotional campaigns to enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Experience with call center operations, including outbound calling and managing high volumes of inquiries, is preferred.
- Strong analysis skills to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele effectively.
