Duties
- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, claims submission, payments, and collections within the EPIC platform
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance claim accuracy, reduce denials, and accelerate reimbursement cycles
- Collaborate with clinical departments and IT teams to optimize EPIC workflows for revenue cycle functions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection effectiveness to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on EPIC revenue cycle modules and best practices
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance and operational metrics to executive leadership
- Manage, allocate, and optimize onshore and offshore resources based on workload and client priorities
- Design and deliver remote training programs for new and existing staff
- Establish and manage QA frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance of work performed
- Develop and deliver client-facing and internal performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience managing healthcare revenue cycle operations in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on EPIC systems
- Extensive knowledge of EPIC’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) modules including Cadence, Resolute Billing, Resolute Claims, and Prelude
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding standards (such as ICD-10, CPT), insurance claims processing, and payer policies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and implement process improvements effectively
- 5+ years of hands-on Epic PB experience (Resolute PB/HB required)
- Proven experience in:
- Managing teams/resources (including offshore models)
- Training staff remotely in a structured environment
- Implementing and managing QA programs
- Strong understanding of:
- Insurance follow-up and appeals
- Denial management strategies
- Payer guidelines and reimbursement methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across departments and explain complex concepts clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field; relevant certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) are a plus

Pay: $55,922.69 - $64,207.97 per year
