RN Supervisor (7 AM–7 PM)
Complete Care at Harston Hall / Flourtown, PA
Shift Available:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current, active, and unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous long-term care experience required
Supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, including medication administration, blood draws, and overall resident care
Conduct routine nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift
Provide education and guidance to staff, residents, and family members as needed
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Perform additional duties assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
Option to be paid daily
