As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play an important role in providing exceptional care to our residents while working alongside a supportive and dedicated healthcare team.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 6:00pm–6:00am
Pay Range: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Nevada, Iowa
As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Prepare and administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with hospital policy, physician orders, and scope of practice.

Assess resident conditions and provide nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and physician orders.

Recognize changes in resident condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Complete accurate and timely documentation, including admissions, physical assessments, monthly summaries, variance reports, and other pertinent resident information.

Participate in developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans.

Maintain strict confidentiality of resident, patient, and personnel information.

Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.

Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and members of the healthcare team to support the best possible outcomes.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing for Registered Nurses.

Current Iowa Registered Nurse license.

Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Mandatory Reporter certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
