Building Maintenance Helper (Civil Service)

Salary: $ 19.39 per hour
Work schedule: Monday - Friday
7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience in ordinary manual labor (and meet requirements of Civil Service Job Description)
Typical Work Activities:
Grounds work, mowing, upkeep of shrubbery, flowerbeds, removal of snow and ice, cleaning lavatories, etc. (see attached building maintenance helper job description).
Benefits:
Per CSEA Contract.
Valid NYS Driver’s License required and Fingerprint Clearance.
