Job Overview
Complete Quality is seeking dedicated Sit-Down Forklift Operators/General Laborers to provide contract-based services to our warehouse operations in Camp Hill, PA. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of materials, inventory management, and shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, safety standards, and equipment operation, including various types of forklifts and material handling tools.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Assist with order picking using barcode scanning systems and manual methods to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols such as OSHA standards.
- Perform routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure operational safety.
- Handle materials manually when necessary, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards in production areas.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution workflows.
- Utilize barcode scanning for logistics accuracy during order picking and inventory updates.
Skills
- Proven experience operating sit-down forklift
- Familiarity with warehouse operations such as shipping & receiving, order picking, load & unload procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following manual handling guidelines.
- Experience with materials handling equipment operation and warehouse distribution processes.
Available Schedule(s):
- Monday-Friday
- 3:00PM-11:30PM
Paid Weekly via 1099!
Must PASS Background Check, 5 Panel Drug Test, and E-Verify
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
