Job Description:
We’re seeking a Senior AI Technical Consultant to help US enterprise clients design and deliver AI & Generative AI solutions that drive measurable customer experience (CX) outcomes. This is a highly customer-facing role combining technical leadership, solution architecture, and executive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead client discovery, design workshops, and executive discussions- Architect and guide delivery of GenAI solutions (RAG, agentic AI, conversational AI, workflow automation)
- Translate business problems into AI use cases with clear ROI and CX metrics
- Ensure enterprise standards for security, governance, and compliance
- Support pre-sales, demos, and PoCs
Qualifications:
8+ years in consulting or solution architecture- 4–6+ years with AI/GenAI
- Strong US client-facing experience
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, data platforms
