Since 2011, Trafford Restaurant has been a premier destination in the East Bay for expertly crafted drinks, delicious waterfront dining, and stunning sunsets. We are looking for an outgoing, professional bartender to join our team and provide a high-end experience for our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft & Serve: Prepare and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine according to Trafford’s recipes and guest preferences.
- Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly at the bar, offer menu recommendations, and provide attentive, high-energy service.
- Full-Service Support: Take food orders at the bar and coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar; manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Compliance: Follow all RI alcohol service laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency with restaurant POS systems.
- Certification: TIPS certification is required.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible part-time hours. Shift hours include Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10:30am - 4pm, with Sunday and weekend availability.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
