Job Overview
We are hiring a dependable Part-Time Automotive Sales Associate for an hourly position. This role is ideal for someone who is consistent, organized, and serious about showing up and handling customers professionally.
You will be responsible for managing customer communication, setting appointments, and assisting customers in person.
We provide hands-on training, car sales leads, dealership support, and a proven sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer communication (calls, texts, emails)
- Close deals and finalize sales with customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Meet customers and guide them through the process
- Accompany customers on test drives
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Presenting and selling vehicles
- Following up with prospects to close sales
- Complete the sale paperwork .
- Updating the inventory and pictures on the DMS
- Post inventory on social media.

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and follow up
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout shift
- Valid driver’s license (required for test drives)

Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus (auto sales, retail sales, commission sales), but not required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (CRM, email, texting)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check
