La Bella Coffee & Gelato is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our shop. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude, and can help create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Experience in a coffee shop, café, gelato shop, restaurant, or retail environment is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, gelato, and other menu items
- Take customer orders and operate the POS/register
- Answer questions and help customers with menu selections
- Keep the counter, dining area, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized
- Restock products, cups, supplies, and ingredients as needed
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and store procedures
- Help open or close the shop depending on your scheduled shift
- Work together with other team members to provide a great customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Previous café, barista, food service, hospitality, or retail experience is helpful but not required
- Availability for a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts is preferred
