No plumbing experience?
If you're mechanically inclined, willing to work hard, and eager to learn, we'll provide hands-on training alongside experienced plumbers.
Already have plumbing experience?
We're also seeking candidates with higher-level plumbing skills. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, certifications, and abilities.
Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour to start for entry-level candidates
Higher wages available for experienced plumbing candidates
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- Overtime opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Pick up and deliver plumbing materials and parts from suppliers
- Assist plumbers with service calls, repairs, and installations
- Help excavate and backfill trenches for water, sewer, and gas line projects
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Assist with water heater installations and plumbing projects
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform general labor duties on residential and commercial job sites
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Plumbing experience
- Construction or excavation experience
- Experience operating equipment and power tools
- CDL is a plus but not required
