About the Position:
As a Partner Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring partners have everything they need to represent and sell ID123 effectively. You will develop marketing content, deliver product demos and training, and serve as a key point of contact for partners, all while feeding insights back to our product team to help us continuously improve. A dual focus will be put on both marketing execution and partner engagement, from producing blog posts, digital flyers, and SEO-optimized web content to managing LinkedIn and leveraging referral deep linking to drive qualified traffic. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of partnerships and marketing, one where real ownership over outcomes starts from day one.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with new and existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new partners through structured training initiatives and comprehensive product walkthroughs.
- Deliver product demos and training on new features to ensure partners are equipped and confident in representing ID123.
- Coordinate frequent check-ins with strategic partners to evaluate performance metrics and uncover emerging business opportunities.
- Develop and oversee a robust partner pipeline and identify joint marketing opportunities with partners.
- Create marketing materials, including blog posts, digital flyers, SEO-optimized web content, and LinkedIn content.
- Produce tailored sales enablement assets for partners, including professional one-pagers, pitch decks, and effective demo scripts.
- Leverage referral deep linking and other digital tactics to drive qualified traffic and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align partner activity with revenue goals.
- Capture partner and customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the product team.
- Attend trade shows and partner marketing events.
- Create and administer organizational AI skills.
- Manage AI Agents that execute organizational AI skills.
- Produce and manage organizational AI artifacts.
Skills / Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a similar field.
- 1+ years of relevant work or internship experience.
- Creative writing skills & technology-open mindset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic.
- Deep understanding of traffic-generated leads & SEO.
- A self-starter with great intuition and attention to detail.
- Ability to speak confidently about technology.
- Adaptability — this role will evolve quickly as the company grows.
- Excellent multitasking and fast execution.
Preferred:
- Understanding of WordPress.
- Understanding of Google Ads.
- Understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot).
- Understanding & ability to effectively prompt AI tools, specifically Claude.
Compensation
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year base + commission + transportation benefits
