Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
- Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Take and develop dental radiographs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Document patient information and treatment plans in the electronic medical record system.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient comfort.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant with relevant certifications
- Proficient in chairside assisting and general dentistry
- Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy
- Experience with 3D scanners and aseptic techniques preferred
- Ability to perform X-rays and understand medical imaging
- Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Pay: It will be determined based on experience and job skills.
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
