About the Job
We are looking for a 3rd Shift Production Operator to help make quality foam seats the automotive industry in a safe and efficient way. This role is important to keeping our production running smoothly while meeting safety and quality standards. We value teamwork, respect, and creating a safe workplace for everyone.
What You’ll Do
- Follow safety rules and work safely at all times
- Operate equipment and process parts according to instructions and schedules
- Inspect finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards
- Package parts correctly using approved containers, labels, and quantities
- Complete daily checks and paperwork as required
- Report safety issues, scrap, or quality problems to supervisors
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work with teammates to produce quality products
- Handle and dispose of waste properly
- Perform other related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a strong focus on safety
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing setting
- Fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Standing for most of the workday
- Lifting up to 35 pounds regularly
- Bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and other physical movements
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- 10:45pm – 7:00am
- Overtime is available and may be required on weekdays or weekends
