Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to maintain high-quality results while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs and addressing any specific requests or concerns
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and stored properly
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to guarantee all areas are addressed consistently and thoroughly
- Assist with light household chores such as meal preparation or organizing upon request (if qualified)
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred
- Experience with hotel housekeeping management or professional cleaning services is advantageous
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation procedures is desirable
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety standards related to residential cleaning tasks
- Experience in laundry services or housekeeper roles enhances your suitability for this position
