Job Overview:
As a maintenance technician, you’ll help keep the property well-maintained by completing repairs and ensuring everything operates properly.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the property clean
- Fix maintenance requests from residents
- Handle basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Repair walls and install things like flooring or cabinets
- Get empty apartments ready for new residents
- Help remove snow and keep walkways safe
What You Need:
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work well with others and finish tasks on time
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
