We are looking to build our team to get the job done, We need persons that communicate well and have an eye for detail. We put quality above quantity. The pay is based off experience and negotiable. Must be able to read, speak, and understand English. Must be a team player. We are a small shop and have a drama free work environment. We need people that are willing to move around, work together to get the job done. Some days you may load and operate, sometimes you might help in the screen dept. or possibly mix an ink color. Williness to learn is a big plus. We also have a DTF press, so we need someone willing to learn that press also. All of our machines are M&R. We have knownlegable people now and we need a support staff. We're looking for the right people to bring into our family.
* able to come to work and be productive and reliable
* able to operate a sportsman up to 8 colors
* self starter, tape up own screens
* spell check or catch mistakes
* able to set-up when given a print order
* able to pull own ink, wash squeegees and setup at a consistant speed
* load straight at a decent speed, unload, or catch when necessary
* eye for detail for mistakes
* works well with others
* operate heat transfer also loading straight and consistant
* run DTF press M&R Quatro or similar (background or art knowledge helpful also willing to train)
* mix ink with formula with system (a plus but not deal breaker) *willing to learn
* okay with moving around to other postions to get the job done
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
