- Provide skilled nursing care to patients of all ages in their homes
- Perform admissions, patient assessments, evaluations, and individualized care plan development
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary home health team to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
Requirements:
ACLS,BLS
Pay Information as 36 hours
$70-$75/Hourly
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
