We're looking for a customer-focused, experienced, and organized Project Manager to oversee remodeling projects from start to finish while ensuring exceptional quality, clear communication, and on-time completion.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple residential remodeling projects, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring every project reflects Greenspring's commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
· Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously.
· Develop and maintain construction schedules.
· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
· Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
· Perform regular job site visits to monitor quality and progress.
· Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout the construction process.
· Resolve field issues and make timely decisions to keep projects moving.
· Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
· Maintain detailed project documentation and daily communication with the office team.
· Deliver an outstanding customer experience from project start through completion.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of residential construction or remodeling project management experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
· Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable reading blueprints and construction documents.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
