About Wundertre
Wundertre runs on the Omni-Revenue Framework, our proprietary five-tenet operating system for engineering revenue, delivered through our own platform, WundertreOS. We work with service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home cleaning, paving, and more) to unify their marketing, sales, operations, and customer service into one system. Our framework and platform are consistent, and what our clients pay for is the strategy and execution that makes them work for their specific business.
The Role
A WunderGuide is Wundertre's account manager: the person who owns the relationship, the strategy, and the outcome for a book of client accounts. This is a strategic role, not a task-execution one. Clients look to you to take their goals and the Omni-Revenue Framework and turn them into a clear, prioritized plan, then keep that plan moving every week without needing to be chased.
You'll proactively drive every account forward, hold clients accountable to the goals they set, and make sure every dollar and every credit a client invests is mapped to a clear reason. You're comfortable telling a client when their plan or budget needs to change, and you always bring the alternative that will actually get them the result.
What You'll Own
- Client strategy, end to end: for every account, translate the client's stated goals into a concrete plan mapped to the Omni-Revenue Framework's five tenets (Omni-Insight, Omni-Presence, Omni-Narrative, Omni-Service, Omni-Tracking), with clear priorities for the next 30 days.
- Forward motion: initiate check-ins and conversations proactively, owning the communication cadence with every client on your book.
- A cadence clients can count on: a short video recapping what's been done, what's next, and where the client stands on their goals, followed by a written email that mirrors it.
- Monthly strategy sessions: hold each client to the goals they committed to for the month and leave them with a clear, specific next step.
- Full command of the credit ledger: know exactly how each client's credits are being spent and keep that spend tied to their goals.
- Confident pushback: tell a client directly when their budget, timeline, or ask won't get the result they want, and bring the alternative that will work.
- Coach clients toward independence: help clients build genuine confidence and skill inside WundertreOS so they see their own return on the platform.
- Growth through trust: treat every account as a relationship that should compound into renewals, expansions, referrals, and friendship.
Training & Ramp-Up
This role comes with a rigorous, structured training program built to get you fluent in the Omni-Revenue Framework and confident running live accounts quickly. You'll be expected to absorb the framework, the platform, and client-specific context fast, and to apply what you've learned under real conditions early on. Adaptability matters as much as aptitude here.
What Success Looks Like
- Clients can say, in their own words, what Wundertre is doing for them right now and why.
- Every account has a strategy plan connecting the client's goals to specific actions, a timeline, and credit spend, kept current.
- Clients are logged in and actively using the platform, not just aware it exists.
- Accounts compound: clients renew, expand their plan, and refer other business.
- Every account stays in motion, with a steady cadence of communication and next steps.
Requirements
- Previous marketing experience (required): agency, in-house, or client-facing, across some mix of paid media, social, content, email/SMS, or web.
- Performs well under pressure: able to manage a full book of client accounts, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
- Strong work ethic: willing to put in the work it takes to master the framework, earn client trust, and get results.
- Fast learner and adaptable: picks up new frameworks, tools, and client context quickly, and adjusts course as the business evolves.
- Confident and direct communicator, comfortable delivering difficult feedback to clients.
- A strategist, not a task-executor: able to look at a client's goals and industry and know what to prioritize first.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience as an account manager, client success manager, or marketing strategist for an agency, franchise, or multi-location service business.
- Familiarity with local-service verticals such as home services, contracting, or field service businesses.
- Comfort with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Coachability: builds judgment fast through real examples, role-play, and feedback.
Compensation & Growth
Base salary, depending on experience. As you build a track record of accounts that renew, grow, and refer, there is a clear path to owning a larger and higher-value book of business.
