Molding Technician
Location: Mellenville, NY
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

As a Molding Technician, you'll bring your experience in injection molding to a team that values quality, community, and compassion. This is a chance to be more than just another number in a large facility - here, your work matters and your voice is heard
What You'll Do

Set up and run injection molding machines

Troubleshoot processing issues and support continuous improvement

Complete material and color changes as needed

Assemble, inspect, and package parts at the machine

Prepare boxes, stack pallets, and operate grinders

Monitor inventory and maintain documentation for your shift

Ensure production is running efficiently and safely

Support and lead production staff as needed
What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED (TASC)

3 years of machine operation experience, with at least 1 year in injection molding

A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

Willingness to be hands-on and wear multiple hats

Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. occasionally)
