Clinician Educator/Fellowship Director: (60% Clinical; 40% Education)
The successful applicant will be a physician-educator with training in internal or family medicine followed by geriatric medicine at the rank of assistant, associate or full professor. Ability to provide high quality geriatric care as both a consultant and as a primary care provider is essential. Moreover, the applicant must also demonstrate an established interest and robust experience in medical education. Direct involvement in a geriatric medicine fellowship, ideally at the level of associate or program director will be preferred. Educational effort (40%) will include assuming the role of geriatric medicine fellowship director, combined with precepting in the Geriatrics clerkship and a CLIC student to start.
