Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, and other designated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing areas
- Follow specific instructions to meet individual preferences and standards for cleanliness
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all cleaning tools are in good working order and stocked appropriately
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in personal service roles/cleaning roles highly desirable
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Valid personal transportation assistance skills preferred for errands or client appointments
- Previous experience in office building maintenance or private residence cleaning is a plus
