What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a operations/processing role in the mortgage industry
- Working experience using mortgage systems and software; experience with Encompass is
preferred
- Strong analytical, listening, problem solving, and mathematical skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a contributing team environment
