Cordial Healthcare Providers is seeking three experienced SUPERVISING PHYSICIANS to provide direction and oversight to our mid-level providers and office staff on a contract (1099) basis.

Cordial Healthcare Providers is a team of Board-certified Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants that offers home-based primary care. It was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing the highest quality primary care to medically complex, chronically ill, and homebound patients. Our goal is to improve access to quality health care and improve health outcomes for patients who are unable to leave their homes or who have difficulty going to a doctor’s office.
Duties
- Supervising MD for the NPs and PAs of Cordial Healthcare Providers. Provides direction and oversight to NPs and PAs and must be available for consultation if needed.
- Collaborates with NPs and/or PAs and office staff.
- Supervising MD will review and sign the Plan of Care as scheduled.
- Supervision of patients under care of home health agencies.
- Primary care-Acute and chronic disease management.
- Other duties will be discussed.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certified in family practice, internal medicine, or geriatric.
- Must be practicing medicine in Los Angeles County.
- Active and unrestricted license in California and in good standing.
- Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
