This groundbreaking program introduces qualifying homeowners to a home energy storage solution designed to provide backup power, support grid stability, and create opportunities for energy savings. Qualified homeowners may be eligible to receive a home battery system with no battery cost and no installation cost.
While the Home Battery Program is our featured initiative, it is only one of several energy solutions offered through our platform. As an Energy Technology Consultant, you will also learn about additional programs and services designed to help customers better manage energy usage, reduce energy costs, and take advantage of emerging energy technologies.

Training & Certification
No prior energy industry experience is required.
We provide comprehensive training to help you understand the Home Battery Program as well as other energy-saving products, services, and technology solutions available through our platform.
Qualified team members will receive training in:
- Home Battery Technology
- Residential Energy Savings Programs
- Smart Energy Solutions
- Customer Education & Enrollment Processes
- Community Outreach & Lead Generation
Upon completion of training, individuals may become Certified Energy Technology Advisors, giving them the knowledge and confidence to educate homeowners about a variety of modern energy solutions—not just the battery program.
Ongoing support, mentorship, and advanced training opportunities are available as new technologies and services are introduced.
Responsibilities
- Educate homeowners about the Home Battery Program and other available energy solutions
- Share information about energy-saving opportunities, smart energy technology, and homeowner benefits
- Generate referrals and leads through networking, social media, community outreach, and personal contacts
- Assist interested homeowners with learning about qualification requirements and available enrollment options
- Participate in optional online and local training events
- Build relationships within your community and expand your referral network

Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation is performance-based and tied to customer enrollments and sales activity. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary associated with this position.
