Juanyea Logistics LLC is seeking motivated and reliable Owner-Operator Drivers to operate a company-provided 26' box truck and transport freight throughout the United States. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting freight, maintaining communication throughout each load, and ensuring all pickup and delivery requirements are completed accurately and professionally. Requirements
- Must be able to safely operate a 26' box truck
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to travel and stay out for extended periods when necessary
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email
- Ability to take and submit clear photos of freight, BOLs, PODs, and delivery receipts
- Understanding of basic freight documentation and load tracking
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
- Ability to pass any required background or driving record checks
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided 26' box truck
- Transport freight according to customer and dispatch instructions
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Secure cargo properly and ensure safe transportation
- Communicate load updates, delays, and delivery confirmations to dispatch
- Submit all required paperwork, photos, and proof of delivery promptly
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance
- Represent Juanyea Logistics LLC professionally when interacting with customers and shippers
Preferred Skills
- Previous box truck, straight truck, or commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures
- Strong navigation and trip-planning abilities
- Experience using load-tracking and communication apps
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
